Refund Policy

At Pocketshopping, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.  

Refund Process 
1. Request a Refund: Email us at support@pocketshopping.co.in within  7 business days of receiving your order.  
2. Approval & Return: If approved, we will provide return instructions (if applicable).  
3. Processing Time: Once the refund is approved by Saddam it will 7 days to process and credited to the original payment method.  

Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.  
- If the return is due to the customer's choice, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:  
- Check with your bank or payment provider.  
- If more than 7 days have passed, contact us at support@pocketshopping.co.in.
